All About Choux Cooking Class Friday 26th May 2017

Pickled Sisters' Chef Stewart Gilchrist shows you the secrets of perfect choux pastry as you make classic eclairs, delectable profiteroles, scrumptious beignets and gougeres, and the perfect Paris Brest. This hands on cooking class is followed by a leisurely lunch with matching Cofield Wines and hosted by Winemaker Damien Cofield.
