Pickled Sisters' Chef Stewart Gilchrist guides you through a selection of French classics, including hearty and warming confit duck cassoulet and classic creme caramel. This hands on cooking class is followed by a leisurely lunch with matching Cofield Wines and hosted by Winemaker Damien Cofield.
