Pickled Sisters is seeking a talented Head Chef to
join our team. As a leading restaurant in the region,
we are looking for a passionate and experienced
chef to help us deliver a unique and exceptional
dining experience to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative menus that
showcase our locally sourced and seasonal
ingredients
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring quality
and consistency in all dishes prepared
- Manage kitchen inventory and food cost controls
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment,
adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Continuously seek ways to improve kitchen
efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Head or Sous Chef or equivalent role
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
