Pickled Sisters' Chef Stewart Gilchrist shares his love of his homeland as he guides you through a selection of his favourite dishes inspired by the recipes and produce of Scotland. This is a haggis free zone! Instead think deliciously fresh seafood, smoked salmon and venison - with scrumptious sweets and perhaps a wee dram as well! This hands on cooking class is followed by a leisurely lunch with matching wines.
