About the Event
Pickled Sisters' Chef Stewart Gilchrist gives you his techniques and tips for making the perfect terrines and rillettes, along with the tasty relishes and chutneys to accompany them. This hands on cooking class is followed by lunch with a selection of local Rutherglen wines
