Pickled Sisters Chef Stewart Gilchrist reveals the secrets behind melt in the mouth, flaky pastry, scrumptious pies and swoon-worthy sweet and savoury tarts. The hands-on class evolves into a leisurely lunch with dishes paired with a selection of local Rutherglen wines.
